We all have aspects of our jobs or our lives that feel like a struggle to get through. However, if we learn the secret of play, we can discover more joy and creativity in our work and lives. This 5-day audio course is designed to take you through 5 different components of a playful approach to tasks and problem-solving. Each day focuses on a different component of developing a playful mind. It then offers exercises for putting the lessons into practice, and concludes with a 5-minute guided meditation, inviting some space and calm to our chattering minds and agitated bodies.
