As human beings, we are both a reflection and a manifestation of Nature. How can we channel the wisdom and creativity of Nature in our own lives? Through interactive activities, group discussions, and guided practices, we'll examine how to use play and mindful awareness to introduce more creativity and joy in our day-to-day lives. This workshop is for anyone looking to cultivate a deeper appreciation for life, and those looking to have a greater sense of vocation in their personal and professional lives.
